For orders within Qatar, we deliver everyday excluding Fridays. Delivery for orders within Qatar are dispatched and delivered within 48hours after payment confirmation.

International delivery typically takes between 4 to 12 working days depending on your location.

Please note that during peak season, such as the weeks leading up to Ramadan, Christmas or new product launches, we may experience higher order volumes, which could lead to dispatch or shipping delays.

Shipping fees include delivery and handling only. Customs duties, taxes or import fees (if applicable) are paid separately upon delivery and are NOT included.  Koko & Bloo is not responsible for any customs charges that may occur.
