How can I place an order?
All orders can be placed directly through our website. If you have any special requests or are interested in placing a bulk order, please feel free to email us at hello@kokoandbloo.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept online payments via debit/credit card, AMEX, Google Pay and Apple pay.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it’s been placed?
Orders can be canceled before dispatch, but once an order has been shipped, we cannot modify or cancel it. We kindly ask that you choose your items carefully, as we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind on online orders. If you need to make changes to your address or other details, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@kokoandbloo.com or via Dms.
Shipping & Delivery
What countries do you ship to?
Currently, we ship to GCC (Qatar, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait), Jordan and Egypt. We are actively working on expanding our shipping options and hope to offer delivery to more countries in the near future. Stay tuned for updates!
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, based on the weight of your order and the destination country.
How long will it take to receive my order?
For orders within Qatar, you can expect to receive your order within 48 hours, except on Fridays and Qatar public holidays. For international orders, delivery typically takes between 4 to 14 business days, depending on your location and the availability of the items you ordered.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange an item?
We kindly ask that you choose your items carefully, as we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges for change of mind on online orders.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or faulty?
We pack all your orders with lots of love and care, but if you happen to receive a faulty or incorrect product, please reach out to us at hello@kokoandbloo.com. We’re committed to making things right and will do our best to resolve the issue quickly and to your satisfaction.
Product Information
Can I customize or personalize products?
Unfortunately, we do not offer customization or personalization of products. Since we produce items in relatively large quantities, creating a one-off piece would be quite expensive and not cost-effective.
Do you offer gift wrapping services?
All our orders come beautifully packaged in our signature designs, our blue or floral boxes. Because of this, we do not currently offer additional gift wrapping services.

Koko & Bloo operates as an online store from Qatar. We are gradually expanding our international shipping options to reach more countries.

Koko & Bloo is driven by a small team of passionate designers. Our lead designer, Najla’a, hand-illustrates all the beautiful designs you see on our packaging, notebooks, and every other product in our store.
Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No, you do not need to create an account to place an order. You can simply browse our website and place your order without having to register.
What inspires your designs?
Koko & Bloo’s designs primarily focus on florals and aim to evoke a sense of tranquility. Ironically, our inspiration comes from the stressful world we live in. We view our designs as an escape from the chaos, a means of self-love and self-care, and a way to bring organization and calm into your life.
