Dispatch & Processing

If your items are in stock, your order will be dispatched within 1-3 working days after payment is received. We ship orders from Saturday to Thursday, except on Qatar public holidays.

Please note that during peak season, such as the weeks leading up to Ramadan, Christmas or new product launches, we may experience higher order volumes, which could lead to dispatch or shipping delays.

Qatar Orders

For orders within Qatar, we deliver everyday excluding Fridays. Delivery for orders within Qatar are dispatched and delivered within 48hours after payment confirmation.

International Orders

Koko & Bloo ships all online orders via air freight, with shipping costs calculated based on the weight of your order. International delivery typically takes between 4 to 14 working days depending on your location.

Please note: Koko & Bloo is not responsible for  any customs charges that may occur. If you are based in the GCC, Jordan or Eygpt, please be aware of any custom charges that may apply before purchasing.

If you refuse this charge, we will not be able to refund the shipping cost nor the customs charge when we receive the package back to us. Please make sure you are aware of the new charges before purchasing.

Koko & Bloo is not responsible for any delays that may occur during international shipping.

Returns & Exchange

We kindly ask that you choose your items carefully, as we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind on online orders. At Koko & Bloo, we take great care in packaging your orders to ensure they reach you safely. In the rare event that a product is damaged or faulty, please email us at hello@kokoandbloo.com within 48 hours, and we’ll be happy to assist you promptly.
