Currency
- All prices on our website are displayed in Qatari Riyal (QAR). Payments for orders will be processed in QAR.

Please note: Koko & Bloo is not responsible for any customs charges that may occur. If you are based in the GCC, Jordan or Eygpt, please be aware of any custom charges that may apply before purchasing.
If you refuse this charge, we will not be able to refund the shipping cost nor the customs charge when we receive the package back to us. Please make sure you are aware of the new charges before purchasing.
- Customers are responsible for paying any taxes, duties, or customs fees that may be incurred on their orders based on their location and local regulations.
- Koko & Bloo is not liable for any additional charges that may apply upon delivery.
Shipping Address and Failed Deliveries
- Shipping Address: It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order. Please double-check your details to ensure prompt and successful delivery.
- Address Changes: If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at hello@kokoandbloo.com. We will do our best to accommodate address changes before the order is dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes to the delivery address.
